Fees: Program fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless otherwise agreed upon. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation by Learning Seed Education Limited.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: Payments can be made via the accepted methods outlined on our website or in our office. Payment plans may be available upon request.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued if a program is canceled by Learning Seed Education Limited. If a participant withdraws or is withdrawn before the program begins, refunds are not provided. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances and at the discretion of management.

3. Program Changes and Cancellations

Changes: Learning Seed Education Limited reserves the right to make changes to program schedules, content, or instructors. We will notify participants of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Cancellations: In the event of a program cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified, and a refund or credit will be issued.

4. Code of Conduct

Behavior: All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions. Disruptive behavior or violation of our code of conduct may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

Safety: Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures established by Learning Seed Education Limited. Failure to comply may lead to dismissal from the program.

5. Health and Safety

Medical Information: Parents or guardians must provide current medical information and emergency contact details. It is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to update us with any changes.

Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, Learning Seed Education Limited will follow established procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Parents or guardians will be contacted immediately if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

Content: All materials and content provided during the programs are the intellectual property of Learning Seed Education Limited. Reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials outside the program is prohibited without written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Liability
